Run activity
Every run across the workspace, with filters and the top failing workflows. (For who-changed-what, see Workspace activity log.)
Viewing activity
Sidebar → Activity. Shows the last 30 days by default. Each row shows the status, workflow name, Dry or Live, the trigger (Webhook, Schedule, Manual), when it ran, its duration, a short run ID and, for failures, the error. Click a row to open that workflow on the canvas; its Runs tab has the run's full trace.
Filters & ranges
- Time range: 24h, 7d, 30d, All.
- Status: All, Success, Errored, Timed out, Cancelled, Paused, Running.
- Mode: Any mode, Live, Dry.
- Search by workflow name.
- The summary cards (total runs, successful, errored, average duration) follow your filters.
Top failing workflows
The right-hand panel lists the workflows with the most errors in the selected range. Click one to open it on the canvas.
