Notifications
What the notification bell and emails tell you, and who receives them.
The notification bell
The bell in the top bar collects things that happen while nobody is watching. Each notification says what happened and links to the page where you can fix it. Repeats are held back, so a workflow failing every few minutes doesn't flood the list.
| Notification | When it's sent | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|
| A workflow failed | A scheduled or webhook run ends in an error. Runs you start with the Run button report in the canvas instead. | Owner, admins, and roles down to Automation Operator |
| Review needed | A Human Review step is waiting for a decision. | Everyone who can review (Support Agent and above) |
| AI key rejected / out of credit | A background run finds your AI provider key was rejected or the account has no credit. | Owner and admins |
| Your payment failed | Stripe couldn't charge the card on file. | Owner and admins |
| Your subscription ended | The paid plan was cancelled and the workspace is back on Free. | Owner and admins |
Emails
- Team invites — sent to the person you invite, with a link to join.
- Welcome — when you create your account.
- Payment failed — sent to the workspace owner, alongside the bell notification.
- Support — replies to tickets you open come by email.
Preferences
Coming soon
Choosing which notifications and emails you receive isn't available yet (Settings → Notifications lists what's always sent). Until then everyone receives the notifications listed above for their role. To send workflow events to Slack, email or another tool today, add an Output or Action step to the workflow itself.
