Team & roles
Roles, invites and seats.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. Each workspace has one owner. |
| Admin | Manage members, integrations, credentials, AI providers, billing add-ons and workflows. |
| Operations Manager | Approve runs, manage workflows, view billing. |
| Automation Editor | Create and edit workflows; can't manage members. |
| Automation Operator | Run workflows; can't edit them. |
| Support Agent | Read-only access to runs, plus deciding reviews in the Review Queue. |
| Viewer | Read-only access across the workspace. |
You can only give roles below your own, so only the owner can make someone an Admin. Permissions come from the role; per-person permission overrides aren't available.
Inviting members
- Open Settings → Team and press Invite teammate.
- Enter their email and choose a role (Viewer by default), then press Send invite.
- They receive an email with a join link, valid for 7 days. They must sign in with the invited email address.
- Pending invites can be resent (which extends the link by 7 days), revoked, or copied as a link.
- Members and pending invites both count towards your plan's seats. If you're at the limit, add extra seats in Settings → Billing → Add-ons or upgrade.
Changing roles and removing members
Owners and admins can change a member's role or remove them from the Team page, within the same rule: you can only manage people whose role is below yours.
Audit trail
Invites (sent, resent, revoked), people joining, role changes, removals and people leaving are all recorded in Settings → Activity log, with who did it and when. Owners and admins can see the log and export it as CSV. See Workspace activity log for everything it records.
