Every workspace starts on Free — no credit card required. Free is for exploring: build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run (sample data, nothing is sent). Free can't run anything live — no manual live runs, schedules, webhooks, app-event triggers, API runs or AI calls — so choose a paid plan when you're ready to go live. There are no free trials. Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Enterprise is priced by contract (contact sales@fluxosuite.com) and includes custom limits, SSO (SAML) on request, an uptime SLA, a security review on request and a named support contact.

No usage charges

There are no automation hours, AI credits or per-run charges on any plan. Every plan is bring-your-own-key: connect your own AI provider in Settings → AI Providers and your provider bills you directly for model usage. Fluxo Flow never marks up or resells AI usage.

What's limited

  • Workflows — the number of workflows in the workspace.
  • Live runs — paid plans only. The Free plan can build and Dry Run workflows but can't run them live (no manual live runs, schedules, webhooks, app-event triggers, API runs or AI calls).
  • Seats — workspace members plus pending (unexpired) invites.
  • Schedule speed — how often a scheduled workflow may repeat on your plan. A faster schedule is refused when you activate it; after a downgrade, existing schedules slow to the new plan's pace.
  • Run time — shown for information only. There are no per-run, per-task or per-hour charges.
  • AI usage — not metered or billed by Fluxo. Model calls run on your own provider key and are billed by your AI provider.

Changing plans

  • Open Settings → Billing (or Billing in the sidebar and press Choose a plan). Only owners and admins can change the plan.
  • Pick the monthly or annual price and choose a plan. On Free you go through Stripe checkout; on a paid plan you confirm the switch.
  • Plan changes — upgrades and downgrades — take effect immediately and are prorated: you're charged or credited for the rest of the current billing period.
  • Enterprise: press contact sales.
  • To update your card or cancel, use Manage payment / Manage in Stripe portal to open the Stripe customer portal.

Add-ons: extra seats and the workflow pack

On any paid plan you can grow without changing plans. Both are in Settings → Billing → Add-ons, and only owners and admins can buy them.

Add-onPriceHow it works
Extra seats$15 per seat / month ($150 / year on annual plans)Add or remove seats. Adding charges the prorated amount for the rest of the billing period right away; removing credits the unused time to your next invoice. You can't remove seats that members or pending invites are using.
Workflow pack$18 / month ($180 / year on annual plans)Adds 5 workflows to your plan's limit. One pack per workspace; after that, upgrade your plan for more workflows. You can remove it once you're back within your plan's workflow limit.

Add-ons follow your plan

Add-ons bill on the same schedule as your plan and move to the yearly price if you switch to annual. If the subscription is cancelled, add-ons end with it. Free workspaces can't buy add-ons — choose a plan instead.

When you hit a limit

Creating a workflow or inviting a teammate beyond your limit is blocked with a message telling you the options: delete something you don't need, buy an add-on, or upgrade. Workflows that already exist keep running. There are no automatic overage charges.

Invoices and tax details

The Billing page lists your invoices with status and amount; press View to open the invoice on Stripe, where you can download it. Billing contact email, company name, Tax / VAT ID and billing country are under Settings → Billing → Billing details (owners and admins).

Common questions

There's no Stripe portal button

Your workspace doesn't have a Stripe customer yet (it's on Free). Press Choose a plan to subscribe; after that you can open the Stripe portal from Billing.

My payment failed

The owner gets an email and owners/admins get a bell notification. Update the card in the Stripe portal. Your plan stays active while Stripe retries the payment; if the subscription is finally cancelled, the workspace moves back to Free and live runs, schedules and triggers stop until you choose a plan again.
