Introduction
What Fluxo Flow is, who it's for, and the parts you'll touch most.
What is Fluxo Flow
Fluxo Flow is a workflow automation platform. You connect triggers, AI steps, checks and actions on a visual canvas, run them by hand, on a schedule or from a webhook, and see every run in your run history. AI steps run on your own AI provider account (Settings → AI Providers), so model usage is billed by your provider directly.
Everything is organised around three things: workspaces (your team's account), workflows (a graph of steps, called nodes) and runs (one execution of a workflow). Everything else — the agent marketplace, integrations, the credential vault, team roles, billing and analytics — supports those three.
You can test a workflow with a Dry Run, which runs in your browser and simulates side effects (no emails, webhooks or AI calls go out), and then execute it for real with Run, which runs on our servers against your real integrations.
Who it's for
- Operations teams connecting CRM, email, messaging and internal tools.
- Compliance and risk teams running checks and approval workflows with a human review step.
- Healthcare, real estate, legal, finance and other teams using the industry agents in the marketplace.
- Founders and developers who want hosted automation with run history, without running their own job servers.
Platform tour
After signing in you land on your workspace. The left sidebar reaches every part of the product:

| Agents | Marketplace of 219 pre-built agents in 30 categories, plus the agents your workspace owns. |
| Workflows | Every workflow with health, trigger type, success rate and last edit. Create, open or delete workflows here. |
| Activity | Every run across the workspace, with filters for time range, status and mode. |
| Review Queue | Runs paused on a Human Review step, waiting for someone to approve or reject. |
| Analytics | Run volume, success vs error, per-workflow stats and run time. |
| Settings | Workspace, team, integrations, AI providers, API keys and webhooks, notifications, security, billing, developer info and the danger zone. |
| Integrations | Connected apps (OAuth) and the credential vault. |
| Team | Members, roles and invites. |
| Billing | Your plan, invoices and a link to the Stripe customer portal. |
| Support | Help center, AI assistant, ticket form and platform guide. |
Use the sun/moon button in the top bar to switch between light and dark mode. Every page, including the canvas, follows it.
What makes it different
- Dry Run lets you test a whole workflow in the browser without touching live systems or spending AI tokens.
- Compare two runs side by side, and look at each run's step-by-step trace.
- Credentials and AI keys are encrypted at rest; the full secret is never sent back to the browser.
- Bring your own AI provider — 14 providers supported, billed by your provider with no markup from Fluxo.
- Human Review steps pause a run until someone approves or rejects it in the Review Queue.
- Built-in safety limits: every server run has a time limit and a $2 AI cost cap.
