Analytics
Run volume, success rates, per-workflow stats and run time.
Overview
- Choose a range: 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Summary cards: total runs, successful, errored, average daily runs, average run duration, active workflows, and runs waiting or running.
- Run volume over time — switch between bar, line and area charts.
- Success vs error breakdown.
Workflows tab
Runs per workflow as a chart, plus a table of each workflow's runs, success rate, average duration and errors.
Usage tab and plan limits
The Usage tab charts run time per day. Run time is shown for information only — it isn't billed or limited. Your plan's limits (workflows and seats) are shown in the Plan usage panel on the Overview page and in Settings → Billing.
AI usage
AI calls are billed by your own provider, so your provider's console has the exact charges. To see token use and estimated cost for a single run, open the run in the workflow panel's Metrics tab. The Agents tab in Analytics doesn't show agent activity yet.
Exporting analytics
Analytics charts can't be exported yet. For raw run data, owners and admins can download the workspace export from Settings → Danger Zone.
